Return ; Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return EligibilityTo be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customised or personalised items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Start a ReturnContact us at galanopoulosbells@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Defective ItemsPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, return shipping costs are covered by us and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

RefundsOnce we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time (3–5 business days) for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund. Alternatively, store credit for the full value is available and applied immediately upon approval.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off PeriodIf your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

ExchangesThe fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
